I think a safer bet would have been a tenner on another Senegal red card. This ref is pretty fussy and they're not afraid of just hacking the Uruguayan players down when they're attacking.
 
Thought so but couldn't find anything on the BBC site. I was kind of hoping that both GB and Uruguay could get knocked out so we can get our players back earlier.
 
When ever I get to see Japan play I always end up loving them! In the WC they were great value for entertainment and so far in this they have been great as well.
Leading 1-0 over Morocco with a sublime finish, outside of the boot over a rushing GK to bury it.
One thing, why is it MAR on the score board and not MOR for Morocco?

I agree about Japan, I have liked them in the last few tournaments.

As for Morocco(MAR) I don't know but it has always been that afaik, I remember being confused a few years ago in some tournament or other.

Ooh, it isn't because it is in a different language is it? Isn't the official language French?
 
Senegal have been awesome tonight.

Uruguay and in particular Cavani have looked terrible. Maybe he doesn't want to exert himself because he is leaving Napoli? Not looked anything like what he did last season though.
