Not too merry here. I don't drink and Christmas time is the anniversary of my dad's passing.

Early hours of the 23rd here, two years ago.
Have a Christmas everyone. Not feeling very festive here, got to be up at 6am tomorrow and boxing day to take the other half to work, and then back to work on Wednesday, so just another normal couple of days here with the extra pressure of having to be Christmassy for the kids, yay

My Mum was Dec 22nd 8.30am in 2019
Weirdly I went into work the following day and at 3pm asked if I could go home because I was needed at the Funeral Parlour, my Manager went ballistic and said I wasn't to return to work until the New Year.
I did go in because I needed to occupy my mind.
