Finally, the official final system requirements for Last Light! You can also try out thisl Nvidia GPU analyzer to see if your PC will run it:

Another system raper from the looks of it, same as Metro 2033, I'll sit on the fence until others have tried it out, I'll wait for the oh no.!! It runs like dog turd from gamers and see what happens before forking out..

I purchased Metro 2033 and my previous AMD 5650 just refused to play ball with that title, thankfully a 7970M manage to fare much better with Metro 2033 but not hopeful for Metro 2034 looking at those specs, seems its favouring NVIDIA kit anyhow..

Can't see it not running well on AMD cards as the first one was fine on them wasn't it? Unless this is a brand new engine, I doubt AMD will have any problems. I just hope its genuinely optimised on launch, not some half baked effort like tomb raider.

First one was a bit of a pig to get running, I did purchase Metro 2033 a few weeks before I sorta lost my desktop PC due to moving in with the missus and went over to a laptop.

The AMD 5870 run the game at 1080 without DOF and in DX9 pretty well, turning to DX11 and DOF and tessellation etc killed it.

My laptop with a 5650M just didnt run the game at all TBH. Even at 702p with low details it just looked like turd and ran equally like turd. Gave up.

Got a M17x with a 7970M and Metro 2033 flew in DX11 with DOF and Tessellation so did finally get to play it, and enjoyed it.

Might give it a go after release if it drops in price.. Tomb Raider run fine for my on launch but the TressFX tech used in that game killed fps.

Yeah I also had the 5870 at the time and remember using the same settings. 4x MSAA also killed it. It was pretty damn smooth on my 580 though and really smooth on 580 sli, so unless things are vastly different this time round, I still think it'll run fine on a decent gpu.

Those optimal specs are for 2560 maxed out with AA. I think if it does run at 60fps maxed out then that's actually really good. Enthusiast settings for enthusiast systems? it'd be less of a beast to run than Tomb Raider 2013, Far Cry 3 and Crysis 3 if so because I can't max any of those at 2560 with AA without low fps.

Really excited about this one.

Well Tomb Raider runs amazing on my machine at 2560 with AA enabled and other settings on ultra. TresFX is not on though as that kills fps. Only seems to affect Lara's hair though so /careface.jpg/ :p

Here's hoping for enthusiast settings then!

Wow that looks amazing. Shame AMD does not have it.

wouldn't get too excited, physx takes half the framerates away according to a german review but AMD users can offload it to the CPU. But I'm going to wait until the drivers for this game come out before casting the last stone. Super Sampling is on this game from what I've read, but since things get lost in translation I'll wait for a proper review in English.
