I appreciate this is the PC forum but were any of you prompted to install a MS help addon or some such partway through the initial loading?

FYI - I've stuck on the Identity screen too for 20m and counting (on SX).

Worth watching the lovely intro a few times at least I tried repairing\resetting the gaming service as this often causes problems with Microsoft games, but didn't help this time

Aye, restarted 4 times and it sticks at the identity page. Reports elsewhere suggest same issues but it looks like a few folk have managed to get further. Giving up for now.

Me too, I had the yoke out ready at 4pm but it is now packed away until tomorrow. I'll try again early tomorrow I think.
