I’ve been back to Win 10 a couple of times since 11, and even though a fresh install of 10 feels clean and snappy in comparison to a ‘fresh’ install of a bloated windows 11, afraid to say that 11’s core OS is 10 just reskinned, with better security and some gui changes. And part of the kernel rewritten in Rust.
At this point, given how much longer 10 has, you’re better off with a debloated (there are many ways to debloat - just don’t touch Edge) fresh install of 11, and maybe some tweaks to some settings that tickle your fancy and you’re good to go.
Personally I’ve got my win 11 24h2 in a nice place and I’ve yet to experience performance issues.
