Shame the pics in that thread don't work any more. The dirty microwave and disgusting looking 'meal' were epic.

Works fine, done it before myself. Thing is, it does just taste like plain chicken, which is pretty boring stuff.

Perfectly fine way to cook it if you're putting the chicken in something (sauce, curry, whatever) afterwards. Saves having some greasy bugger of a pan/oven try to clean....on the flip side, it leaves white chicken jelly like scum once cooked.
