**Middle Earth :Shadow of Mordor Bench Thread**

I did a rerun a few times Uncle pety same score diffed 1-4fps at same speed with 290x.And i rechecked setlings(its even higher than 1080p). maybe this game scales with cpu cores and speed?
or maybe that is some throttle involved with your 290oc or some buggs in game i dont know:confused::confused::confused:

Maybe Kaapstad can bench this game he have the same cpu as me and a high clocking 290x:)

Btw i gonna test cf soon ;)

i did a lot runs now on this bench (maybe 20+).

Bench is flawed exackt same setlings and with stock (1000/1250)290x.
I got a fluctation of 50fps avg:eek: worst 60fps avg best 110avg,
that with cpu at constant 4750mhz.

so for best benchies in this test, run a sevral times for best result;)

i did some new runs with cpu stock with turbo(3.9) same result but 10% lower fps avg and a lot lower on min.

i have a lot of result in other benchmarks
sniper3,3dmark 11, 3dmark firestrike, uh4 ,valley, skydiver, etc

I don't play with any motion blur on though and have AO set to ultra. Max vram used has been 4080mb.

Somethings not right here, I get 74 fps using the same settings:confused:

Must say the second area is more colourful as a game must say I am really enjoying it, but playing it with vsync seems to make it a bit chuggy, hopefully drivers will sort it out.

Plays super smooth for me, using the sli bits fear3 tweak. Benching somewhere around 85-90fps but scaling is relatively poor, maybe 50% or so.

I can almost run the ultra texture pack, in reality this game likely needs somewhere around 3.2-3.5gb vram at 1440p full ultra, the rest others are seeing must be caching.

Another great advert for gsync too, dipping into the high 50's at points feels faultless, if I didn't have a frame counter running I would swear it's sync locked at 144fps.

Overall not a bad game at all, certainly worthy of a play through.

Well I have completed the main story and now I just have a few side missions to do. Pretty good game in truth and proper had a feel of LOTR. Ran extremely smooth for me on full ultra and the HD pack. Looks damned good as well :)

Must say being only playing on one card and 980 as to lazy to put sli into effect and frame rate is fine but had to disable vsync otherwise choppy.
