**Middle Earth :Shadow of Mordor Bench Thread**

I don't want to derail the thread to much but basically in several games (watchdogs, AC4 and sometimes BF4) alt+tab from fullscreen mode will just BSOD my pc.
i made a thread on tomshardware with more info the other week and got no where (14.7 at the time) (http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2309748/blue-screen-crash-1000007e.html)

Also did a bench on the HK profile you suggested and hit 181 average :) (editing the image in my last post)

Good idea. Send me a trust message about this and we'll pick it up there to save derailing this thread. :)

slightly off topic from the bech thread but i want to install this game on my SSD which my os is installed on but it has 46GB left the reccomended specs is 40GB am i wise to just put it on my Hard drive or would it be ok on my SSD?

my game folder for Shadows of mordor is 44.2GB with ultra textures, i would recommend not putting it on your SSD.

Also i sent you a trust message matt and found at i also BSOD when alt+tabbing fullscreen shadows of mordor.

That made things a little bit worse :(

That is an interesting desktop background you have there mate. I have questions, unfortunately none of them are suitable here. :p

Your mileage may vary with this one. Works better for some, but not all i guess. The different profiles to try are AFR, Lost Planet 2 and that one. There may be others that work slightly better/worse but until we have a driver update that's the best we can do for now.

Haha ok :p

I'll try the LP2 one, AFR I've tired which returned me 40FPS, but only used one card, the profile you suggested earlier gave me 18FPS but used 2 cards, kinda.

I've managed to clear some room on my SSD didn't realize but old Nvidia drivers was stored there both in C:/Nvidia and C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation and after abit of looking on the internet and with the help of Space Sniffer i manged to clean up more space so I now have 80GB left so installing Middle Earth now :)

I could potentially clean up 9GB more but its in the WinSXS folder where it keeps all the backup files of service packs and that but some people said you can delete them files and some said you cant so ive left them just in case.

My result makes me wonder if cf are working 100%...
i got a result on singlecard that beats nearly evry cf run on 1080p and i got more pixels to process with my run at 1920x1200.

Using the LP2 profile, I'm getting proper gpu usage, results are repeatable within a few fps and using a single card is ~50fps lower than CF, so I'd suggest double checking your settings or something :)

Great clocks there btw.

ED: And with a single card, it's still at around 100fps or so. I doubt that either your cpu or your OC is going to make a 50-70fps difference here.
