**Middle Earth :Shadow of Mordor Bench Thread**

Matt
I'm presuming bloodkil is running at 1080. Would you say that is the expected difference between the two systems of mine and his?

Cheers

Try the new profile suggested above MarkeR, see if you get better results. Overclocking your cpu might help a bit as well.

Have you tested a single 7950 to see what sort of scaling you're getting? That should help answer your question.

Is that the lost planet 2 profile? At work and can't check just now. OC on cpu is 4.2 on an i5, I'll check my single card later on.

Cheers

Ps
Any idea when a profile for dead rising 3 will be released?

Sorry MarkeR, i think that was info from a different thread. Try using this profile within CCC HK2207_DX11.exe

I will get back to you with an update regarding Dead Rising 3.

Good job you did not buy it........ :D

99% of the time now I grab the game first. If I don't get into it I just delete it.

When they look and run like this one they go straight in the recycle bin..

I do buy a massive chunk of games and always have but over the past few years my trust has completely gone for PC games. Most of them are quite simply broken when released and thus not worth the £30+ they want for them.

Last games I bought were the two Metro Redux, even though I legally own both of the 'regular' ones. I bought Wolfenstein once they had patched it.

Not been much to shout about this year sadly. I'm hoping Bethsoft can pull their heads out of their collective arses and their lawsuits and get back to what they do best; making Fallout games.

What about it is smelly arse?

Aside from Mordor not being the nicest of places in the first place, I still think it looks pretty decent all in all. It isn't the greatest, but I wouldn't put it on the low end of the scale in 'smelly arse' territory.

I'm genuinely curious as to folks disappointment.

Hey Matt, any chance you can tell me what i am doing wrong, i have tried both that profile and AFR Friendly yet i get no frame increase like techen did (i have 295x2 also and only get 75-80 average). using msi afterburner i can see that GPU2 usage during the bench moves from 0-30%.

14.9

AFR or Lost Planet 2 profile gives more fps, but more flickering. That one you're using gives lower fps, but less flickering.

Ensure you're running in full screen mode (in video options) and not windowed/borderless mode. You could try disabling ULPS if that does not fix it.

I assume you're using 14.9?

Oo, nice score that's better than mine. I'll have to rerun. :D

I'm not familiar with that issue. Tell me more about it.

I don't want to derail the thread to much but basically in several games (watchdogs, AC4 and sometimes BF4) alt+tab from fullscreen mode will just BSOD my pc.
i made a thread on tomshardware with more info the other week and got no where (14.7 at the time) (http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2309748/blue-screen-crash-1000007e.html)

Also did a bench on the HK profile you suggested and hit 181 average :) (editing the image in my last post)
