Spotted something they're doing in this version that they didn't in the last.

"In-App purchases".

DLC that is only in set Gold/Mithril packs (perhaps released separately later?) & also in app purchases?

I've yet to play Shadow of Mordor. After Mad Max I promised myself I wouldn't play another beautiful looking action game on a 1080p TV so been saving this for when I get a 4K one. Just need one of the LG oleds I've got my eye on to drop another £500!

Mmm, Mordor would look lovely with the cave scenes and in the dark rainy parts. Those deep dark wet looking textures.

Ditto. Last night was the first time I saw anything about it. Loved the first one - it could be repetitive, but getting revenge for your Steam friends was awesome fun. Never mentioned when the same guy got me too, though

Shadow of Morder was decent enough, I just hope they really flesh out the nemesis system this time around, for all it's potential in the first one it never really did anything great for me. Other people had tales of nigh unkillable orcs coming back from the dead to stalk them throughout the game. I got slightly harder to kill orcs that never really did anything interesting even at 20 power.

I only played the first recently after picking it up for around £3. Might have to pay a bit more than that this time around after watching that video!

I enjoyed the first one to an extent but felt the lack of varying locales and lack of character progression let it down. Looks like they're rectifying both of those. The vid above looks really promising.

No it doesn't. I had no problem mapping keys. It was a refreshing change and this should be the standard for all console ports.
