a) it was a bad tackle. b)You have a point, I'm just saying considering the other players attitude it could have escelated.

I am so happy that we kept a clean sheet, I didn't mention it throughout the game, but I am as happy about the clean sheet as I am about the win. Although they hit the post twice, and really should have had a penalty.

i agree, im just saying i didnt see the maturity from that point of view. it went exactly as it should have, red for the kid, yellow for fabregas.

and yeh arsenal looked good in the first half, still cant believe silvestre gets a game for you lot, hes terrible, extremely wobbly at the back and looked likle he could have cost ya a goal in the 2nd half.

definite penalty for them aswell. that ref was a bit mad.

Liverpool need to make finishing in the top 4 their prioity.

Could see them losing players in the summer if they fail to get European football next year.

Second half was training ground stuff really, no urgency with no pressure at all from Liege. Think Vela, Rosicky and Walcott all need game time before they start to click so this game was perfect for them. Vela had a couple of nice touches and hit the post but looked a little isolated at times.

Shame to see Liverpool go out....

hahahahahahaha, work with 3 Liverpool fans so tomorrow is going to be great!

All you Benitez haters should go register on RAOTL and educate yourselves. Seriously, stop being fooled by the media and learn what the real problems at the club are.

I maintain that Benitez is the best that we can hope for at this current time.

I still don't understand why he won't give Aquilani more time on the pitch. How is he meant to get match fit if all he does is warm up on the touch line. I can't stand the sight of Lucas so the sooner he reverts back to the bench and Aquilani starts, we might see something creative in the side.

Commiserations to the Liverpool fans. It's not a nice feeling being knocked out at the group stage. Can't say I have any sympathy for Benitez though.

I shouldnt gloat really, not with they way United have played against decent sides this year, but getting knocked out in the group stages, being a country mile of the pace of the league, and only having the FA and worthless cup as viable trophies, after all the cash the fat waiter has spooged.................

Questions have got to be asked.

got to say ive never rated benitez, he has no creativity with his tactics and isnt willing to try something different to go for the win...

why on earth hasnt aquilani had atleast a half yet?

lucas... ya kidding me right, hes utter garbage, hes about as creative as a slab of wood.
