Minecraft OCuK Forum Members Server Thread

As I said, for anyone wanting a beta fix my old server is running beta and a new map. Been a few folk on playing.

Hopefully it's either well before or after midnight as i have to go to mass but want to be on at the start to try and claim that cave arch for the dwarfers :p

i'd hope everyone using the server is mature enough to have seen you basically claim it and not build there out of common decency :).

hope it's tonight, might pull an all-nighter sorting out spawn foundations! (lol what an exciting life :D).

The initial stairway should provide you with a lot of cobble for the spawn wall :p( after we've taken what we need for halfstone.).

I had a look on the alpha server and we're going to need to fill in the lower part of the cave thing so it's more solid for the entrance but that can wait.
 
Sorry about the server taking ages to be updated.
I only found out on Wednesday that MP need hmod to run there servers bit dumb but there we go.
I dont want to move to a new host as there clanforge makes life so easy to run the server.
I don't know how long its going to take MP to get the servers running on beta but it's not going to be tonight thats for sure & not over the weekend.

It would have been nice to get started on the spawn and such, but as you say there is nothing that can be done but wait. Chances are most of us won't be playing a great deal over the next few days anyway, I know I wont be playing much for a little while :p

Before you start sending me my xmas bonus lets see if this server gets updated first.
I did get you trust mail Goberpiles just waiting to see what happens with MP first.
 
I'll be leaving my server running beta until gars is up and running, already had most of the old guard popped in today for a bit. Feel free to hop on for a fix, I won't be on most of the weekend.

Just remember every day the server's not up the plans get bigger, for the sake of everyone's carpel tunnels I hope it's fixed soon :p
