yeah, we had some "meetings" and design changes. The rainbow idea is likely to be scrapped in replacement for a giant "tree" (jack and the beanstalk anyone?). easier to implement (unless Notch gives dyed wool in this version) and also may look better.. not sure.

There are going to be various mini-clouds connected somehow to the main castle, a battlement to tower, and perhaps a small garden also.

Would be good to hear other's ideas and opinions also before we finalise the ideas.

No if the server is empty you can join, but if the server is full & someone with a reserved slot whats to join they they can & someone without a reserved slot gets kicked.

I have just mailed host about getting a server over 24 slot.

Next Tuesday this server will be a 24 slot. If I up it now I will be paying £10 just for 7 days use as they don't take part payments.
 
Garsands, with the server donation thing, what is the "trust email"? Is it something to do with paypal? or just a regular email I send to you? I used the paypal button this time, but I expect bank transfers are simpler and free.

It's OcUK forum way of sending a email to a fellow user.

Luckly it seems that the server updates reserved slot details in real time.
 
Harvey616 (i think it was you, I may have to double check)just so you know when I was building my outer castle wall I had noticed you started building a house in part of the mountain, well by the looks of it my sign was either destroyed by a player or blown up, as well as the cobble markers I had placed up there. Anyway, since you have already started building there I'll move my plans for my castle wall back a bit, it goes over the mountain so it shouldn't effect anything you have built. What it will do though is block off that large hole going between the two mountains that is between your place and mine. So it wont effect anything you have there right now, but if you want to expand you'll need to do it any other direction except towards my wall.

garsands is there any chance of getting a map of the world either daily or every couple of days, just for the next week or two as this is when most of the development of the world will happen and it will be nice to see the whole world as it develops.
 
AFKkick mod will be added Tuesday will set it for 10 mins auto kick timer

World map on its way, but I do remove the old maps when I upload the new as I use the same file name so if you want a copy you need to save it to your PC.
 
Well that sucks, I've just realised I'm nowhere near water, lol

There are some epic builds on the go though, ambitious isn't the word for some of them from the looks of it
