Doesn't really matter tbh, performance is still fine its only an issue when you use a laptop and it crawls to 10fps, thats painfull, but clearly the laptops fault!

Just joind the server, got myself a construction site ;)

Sorry it takes up 2 plots but the Crain and building meterials had to go somewhere ;) once construction is complete the other plot will become available again, hope you dont mind ;)
 
Hmm. Server crashed.

Anyway, redid the Tsunamirun.
Can remember who started it, but it was made of mud so me and a few others made it better :)

Note hurdles and a self-filling water obstacle (fed by glass pipe middle-right).
Also, I properly sealed all the doors with hidden sponges, so please dont go round putting new ones in.

Im thinking that area of map could be a big sport complex? We could fit in a spleef arena and one of those jump-up-the-tower games..
 
Airport and Monorail are up. I know the airport + Runway take up a lot of space, if anyone has any issues id be more than happy to give up the runway. Also if the monorail ruins anything i'll also take that down too ;)

If you could move the stations down the road from the subway stations that would be great, afterall its pointless having both in the same place, then we can build some proper platforms etc, i can do them later today if you want?

I'll get onto it when I get home from work, wasnt realy happy with the platform anyway ;) Just need to find some good spots for them, was thinking of linking the Hotel and airport somehow.

Will have a look at extending my red hotel so the monorail can drop off people inside the building, will be on for a bit when i get home from work :)
 
Hi my names Patten btw in minecraft.

The map is looking ace at the min, some random things creeping in but the map is good. How's our project going Firestar? Who's is the huge grey tower in one of the corners with no levels on it? Wondering if we can move and rebuild a better modern tower with a platform to view the map in the corner?

PS does anyone else play other games online, like decent graphic games :p
 
I think its time for a quick moderation/deleting session on the map, there are quite a few creations that are looking out of place IMO.
*cough* Upside-down house *cough*
Also the glass tower near asda with the super-deep basement. And a few other things.

Anyone else agree?

I agree with some stuff, i'm very temtping to delete the ugly tower in the corner near Firestar's tunnel, the building is unfinished and not been touched since start of map!! But won't delete until people give go ahead.
 
A few things have been marked with bright pink/purple Ts - if they aren't changed to suit the theme within a day or so then don't be suprised if an admin wipes them.
 
This game looks awesome. Made an account, but I don't understand how to join the OcUK server, could anyone tell me?
