Mister FPGA

Has anyone else got a TangNano as a dedicated NES/SNES FPGA? They are only £20 on AliExpress

I have not heard of that one, a quick Google and it reminds me of those Pi Zero's. It could make a cool portable FPGA SNES/NES.

Yeah it’s a neat little affordable board, I wish someone would port a MasterSystem core to it as well…

Could probably run Gameboy and Mega Drive?

Yeah looks great. It’s a fingerprint magnet though!
I've got a black acrylic case from misterfpga.co.uk as I couldn't wait for Taki's. They look really smart, I know what you mean about finger prints etc but once set up fully there is barely a need to touch the system anyway :).

Mister in a Perspex case reminds of orac from Blake’s 7 (really showing my age now). Was out all day today but off tomorrow so hopefully get some time to copy some more games over and have a tinker.

Yeah same. Shocked about release date, I thought it was sooner. Wondering when we might actually see the handheld.

I was tempted but the mister pi has it all covered interested by things like the Tang Console though that possibly increase the capabilities and what’s capable on the fpga platform.
