*** MM7 Offical thread ***

just publishing vid 2 with the cam at the windscreen, looks faster but is probably slower

argh, youtube rejected first vid coz it was too long :(

i'll have to cut some out

thats a quality tune you never EVER hear

oh, and Pete has turned his ST220 into a generic mondeo bumper, he's gaffa taped it :D

the videos highlight just how much the conditions changes that day

shows why they always tell you to pack for the worst when going fell climbing as the weather can change so quickly.

i could do with knowing this as well

i bought a camera but got no in car footage as i have no way of mounting it. What do you use ?

Wez - apologies if this has been asked before, what setup did you use to record?

I have a sony DVR HC35 DV cam, a gorilla pod SLR which i used in the first vid (wrapped legs around head rest posts, in the second video, i used velcro but it wasn't quite perfect, could hear it rattling a bit in the vid, i'll be using that set up again for the moors meet though as it seems more exciting at the windscreen rather in passenger position.

Where's the crash, all I got is driving miss daisy, this is not what I pay for (and my monthly subs are rising too, Dangerous says it's down to costs n stuff mate) I want broken stuff and people scratching heads and pointing! ;)

Hey guys, i'm still ****ed off about my bumper :(

What about that poor sheep?! ;)

Wez didn't know the road, so its only fair he took it easier than normal. In car cams never capture the speed anyway. Shoulda had a cam in darryns/mine or Andys. Driving like a chav on fire is the only option in a CTR.

I love Andys Rover. It's like lusting after your mates mum. A bit old, rusty and common but such a dirty **** :D
