Modded the Punto LOL + wash

I'd have picked up some oldskool cross-spokes off the 'bay (about £80) or some new Alfa/Fiat/Whatever 15" steel rims.

It's still too high.

-60mm springs isn't 'lowered'...That's just two fat friends and a bit of shopping.

Get your angle grinder out and lop two coils off the springs.

Penski, you have to remember - some people need a car capable of crossing stones without grounding out......a car that's lowered too far is a nightmare for daily use.....

Hell, my possible new car is lowered, 2" minimum ground clearance, just ain't quite enough at some points!
 
I saw that post before you deleted it on r-r.

Tell me what it is...Or ELSE...I'll...sulk.

The Shuv isn't that low - it's been dropped about 3" and still has about 4" of ground clearance...

The possible Golf project will have the sills scraping the ground though.

It can't go lower without coilovers or hacking at them. Here's a better picture to compare to:

I know someone who cut their springs lol. The result wasn't good.

Low low is nice, not on this car though.
