If a team wins a race, do the mechanics and the pit crew get a bonus?

Monaco, always a special case. Not a bad race, but not indicative of anything for the Championship imo.
Kubica's poor start gifted RB the 1-2. If Kubica had maintained his starting position, the top 3 would have been in qualy order.
The RB pace isn't ridiculous either. Sure Mark pulled out a gap each time, he definitely has had the setup right the last 2 races. But Rosberg, Massa, Hamilton, all had goes at fastest sectors.
Still, RB could easily run off with the season with their continuous improvement packages. The most interesting thing we can hope for then is an intra team rivalry with 2 potential champions fighting.

You are forgetting that this circuit is very short and that aero plays very little part. Come to Turkey and you will see which teams have the downforce and race pace.

Fully dry race at Monaco......It wasn't as boring as it could have been, I mean there was a few crashes, safety cars and some controversy at the end

Absolutely! Never understood why folk announce they won't be watching, there's lots of stuff I find boring and don't watch... don't feel the need to announce it to the world.
You've got a new package for Turkey so we'll never know!
The best thing is they always come back. Spawn will post again in the F1 threads, which makes the whole thing trivial.
