Yes it does, as much as I love Hamilton as a racer as a person his a greedy tax avoid-er like a lot of super wealthy people are!

He use to live in Switzerland but moved to Monaco when the Swiss Government introduced a 40% rate of tax on British ex-pats, but I guess the timing was just a coincidence.

Ted Kravitz even said on the program today that the main reason so many of the drivers 'claim' to reside in Monaco is because of TAX reasons, I was shocked with the honesty especially considering its Sky

Nothing wrong with that really. I'd do the same. It just doesn't make any sense at all to pay a single penny more tax than you are legally required to.

Rofl, perhaps we shouldn't have such **** tax laws and get some money rather than making them leave.
Any sane person would do exactly the same. Not only get to keep more of your money but live in a nicer placer.

I thought they said earlier that it might not work here if it takes 4 laps to get the tyres up to temp. Be interesting to see how it plays out.
