Can see the teams all pitting first lap for inters unless it rains more. Actually it almost seems like he's waiting for it to rain more just so there is an excuse to delay the start later.

Sounds like race director not knowing again, saying that if they start behind safety car you have to have extreme wets on and the track is no where near that

Forced to start on full wets - if its dry they’ll all be in for drys at the end of lap 1
