sounds like excuses to me... OR George is just the better driver...Did you not see Lewis' interview before the race?
Pretty much confirmed what Ross Brawn said in the article I linked in the off topic thread.
They have completely different cars, Lewis is always trying new parts and new setups so has a different car almost every session, having to learn new handling traits etc every time.
George gets pretty much same car all the time so is more used to the way it handles etc.
Exactly, but it also means Lewis often gets setups that just don't work, and make the car undrivable, but he just has to get on with it.
Ross Brawn basically said, the team are sacrificying Lewis and championship points, to get the issues with the car sorted ASAP.
Depending on the stewards decision it might end up being a Ferrari 1-2 if they apply 5s penalties to Max and Checo for crossing the pit entry line.I hope Perez thanks Sainz for the win if he hadn't got between him and Max I'm sure we know how it would have ended up

Crossing the solid pit lane line incurs a time penaltyIt's going to be nothing isn't it. If there is a penalty, it'll be a reprimand, fine and penalty points on their licences rather than a time penalty.
How the stewards meeting is goingThry both crossed the pit line?
Thought horner might have summoned them to workout a way of switching their finish positions

They don't have to cross the line. They have to stay to the right of the line. Touching the line is the offence.I've not seen any overheads showing them cross the line.
the onboard from Max looked like he might well of, but it certainly wasn't conclusive.
Read that the rules say to keep to the right of the pit line? So touching its a penalty?
Ask Grosjean about that. Penalised for touching the line, Monaco 2019 iircTechnically, but they've historically only penalised for clearly crossing the line, as far as I can remember anyway.
