and I imagine he is on top dollar as well, paying him top 5-10 money for bottom 10 performances.

Lando doesn't need a senior babysitter anymore he's more than good enough to lead the team.

They're not going to do much to get a bigger F1 audience in China, because most channels refused to pay the broadcast fees for this year as the costs went up so much.
Only one app that seems to be legally showing it because they had an existing deal. Aside from that, it's illegal streams, and only existing fans will bother with this.

Alfa will be a bit miffed with the potential points that are being lost.
