Monarch : Legacy of Monsters

What the heck is going on? Kintaro is like an invisible character to his ex. Kate hated May then goes on a hunt for her. By the end Kate is jumping on to the next branch. Yea shes gay we got it, move on and give us a better story. There's just too much focus on these clowns.

Christ this is getting worse, scooby gang getting more and more involved and now seem to know more and understand more than all the ******* adults in the bloody room that have made it their entire life mission to know about titans etc....**** right off with this.

I'm watching it for the mostly because of SpikeyBoi and his mates but the more the show goes on, the worse it gets really. Kurt keeps the show slightly interesting with his smugness along with the 50's cast but everything else including the joke that is Monarch themselves is a muddled mess.

Really fast paced episode compared to earlier ones. A lot of answers to lingering questions answered...finally.

Totally agree some pay off finally from the slow build up. I had a funny feeling they were going to do a
Michelle Pfeiffer from Ant Man

I’ve done some numbers:

Godzilla 2014 cost $160 million to make and had a total of 16:10 minutes of on-screen monster time. This works out at $10 million per minute of monsters.

KOTM had 22:31 minutes against a budget of up to $200 million, so an ever so slightly better cost per minute.

As much as I’d love to have ten hours of Kaiju fights in this series, I don’t think even Apple would drop $6 Billion against it, even with the two iPhones I bought last month…

Finale this week.

I sort of saw the Keiko twist coming, but it was cool nonetheless. Knowing that a new film is coming out this year, I wonder if the end of this show will lead into that, or even if any of these actors will show up in the movie (ideally Kurt or Tim, not the younger ones).
I can easily see them emerging into the real world in the right time period, considering what we learnt last episode. Maybe even a small cliffhanger that you need to watch the film to tie up.

Edit: I signed up to a 3 month free trial of ATV+ and have used that to watch the last few episodes. Picture quality is amazing for streaming, and the show is even encoded in BOTH Dolby Vision and HDR10+, in fact I think nearly every show is, which is good for Samsung TV owners).

ATV has the best pic quality out of all the streaming services man. The sound when spikeyboi roars is amazing in Atmos!
