If the law is fair then yes. But the law isn't fair so his attitude is acceptable.
How the hell isn't it fair that he got punished? What's not fair is the fact he's not learned and is putting other people at risk.

Punishments for breaking the law are not supposed to be convenient. You need to have a quiet word with yourself.
Also,
I think someone needs to let you know that your attitude is atrocious.
Sorry but I can't believe a driving ban has had literally no impact on your insurance? This is a license to print money for most insurers, and many may even refuse cover after a ban.
ROFL, then I assume you've never ever broken the law at any point in your life to be so angel like? BS, you and I both know you've broken the speed law so don't start on your soap box.
Who mentioned punishment? I was commenting on his attitude.
I don't think the law is reasonable, I don't think an overtake at 96mph is dangerous at all.
Are you qualified to justify that statement?
Thanks for your observations, your points are promptly ignored.Make that assumption if you want to but in no way was I saying or even implying that I have never broken the law. My point was that your shocked reaction to your punishment being an inconvenience is ridiculous and your attitude is pathetic.
I maintain both those points.
