That's the attitude his brother has, and that's what makes his brother an *******. It's not like his brother forgot he took the money, he is deliberately not paying it back. Sounds like a right scumbag whoever he is.
I wouldn't worry about the £100, but I wouldn't have much else to do with the person who took it.
