its nice to see ddr5 finally pull away like it should from ddr4. is this the kit you got sent? what are ram temps like running something like testmem

Yeah its great to see motherboards being able to achieve these speeds too, the Z790i Lightning Wifi that ASrock sent me is a beast for this. I know some people have gotten even higher past 8400 but with looser timings than i have so it kinda works out the same.

I've not done testmem but on occt 1 hour test it peaks around 53.5c with a fan over the top. During gaming it hits around 51c so well within spec and not so high that it would start to get abit temp sensitive for longevity runs.

i love that its a collection of 120 rads and they look stunning

You can thank Bitspower for that one lol, couldn't have done it without their support.

I love the symmentry of the build mod, it's really quite eye catching!

That
Cheers both, it's become my main system now and the tweaks i've done on memory overclocking have been eye opening!

2 x 24GB 8200mt/s with tweaked timings.

That's quite an achievement! :) I couldn't even get 7000 to be stable haha

8200 with tweaked timings on a 13700K is defo an achievement! I tried 8400 but it needs too much voltage and i can't get it stable without loosening timings which isn't really worth it as in the end it works out about the same.

Absolutely superb, I love the white and pink themed build. As a rough ball park what's the retail on one of those? Not that I can afford anything at the minute, but you know gotta keep your options open should that Lotto win come in.

You're probably looking at 2.5K to 3K depending on the core components you go for. Fittings can be expensive, so it really comes down to what you go with as well.

This i'm also assuming you're going to build it yourself too.

It's proper fun to build these though, would highly recommend it if you have the money to throw.

Holy Smokes just seen that Black and Red build, (dunno why those pictures didn't show up before) but you've really got an eye for design, that thing is incredible. Hats off to you sir. I dunno how many of these things you build but I'll definitely be keeping on eye out for whenever you decide to build another :D

Have a look at Jay85's sig @DJ_Bucho.

There's a link to some of his other builds there. Some impressive stuff!

Will do, thanks very much for the heads up. I simply love the attention to detail

Thanks man, the black and red build is now my new main too. I am very much into attention to detail and fine tuning builds so every little thing whether you can see it or not has to be a certain way for me. Probably why i end up taking months to build these pc's and why my sponsors get a little annoyed .

Cheer's for linking dude :D
