They should defrost from engine heat when driving there, but if not pour hot water over them.Couldn't find an appropriate thread hence posting here. I have the missus' Mazda booked in for MOT tomorrow morning. The outside temperature is going to be around -6.
What I should do to unfreeze the wiper nozzles quickly please? I tried spraying de-icer this morning after clearing all the snow but it still wasn't working after about 25 odd minutes of driving. I do use the Halfords windscreen liquid for up to -5 degrees in the reservoir, but in past experience it has failed at 0 degree too.
Appreciate any advice you folks could provide. Dont want the Mazda to fail its MOT just on that. TIA.![]()
All but one of the tests I’ve done today have had frozen washer jets, but they’ve defrosted by the time I’ve finished.
