thought I would start the 2013 thread for motoGP

well that's the first test over and some very interesting times ahead in the coming season.
Rossi back on the pace
Marquez lightning fast straight out the gate
Lorenzo with a fearsome race pace
Pedrosa has kept his speed from last year
Crutchlow ends the test in 5th and is showing sighs of being even better this year.
Bradl is still there menacing but not there yet
Smith showing great promise
Hayden sadly where he has been the last few years
Dovizioso well out of it
and spies left early still not fit in mind and body.

its shaping up to be a good year.

The second official test will be held back at Sepang from February 26-28

i hope Yamaha come good with the promised help they said he will get.
he has a Japanese Yamaha factory technician with him so that's got to be good

Anyone in for MCN Fantasy Road Race?

yeah it will be interesting if they now have a major sponsor now rossi is back.
the last time they had one was when he was last there, not good when even the world champ back in 2010 couldn't bring a title sponsor to the team..

we run one at work using there template
we had over 35 teams put in last year £10 per team
winner gets £120 and the money drops down to 5th

They really should have sucked it up and scrapped their own chassis and taken a Kalex or Suter.

yeah last year smith had pretty much the same one all year and the other teams have moved on, sadly its looking to be the same this year

Stopped watching Moto GP when Rossi had that injury in 2010 i knew he wouldn't win with Ducatti but didn't expect it to be thst bad, i might start watching it again Rossi 46.

a true fan of the sport then lol
I have been watching it since mid 70's and have never thought of doing that,
what happens when your fav rider retires do you stop watching, no you find someone else to follow

motogp and the older 500gp has always been the select few at the front, has been like that since I have been watching from mid 70's and if you look at moto 2/3 the same ones do all the winning, yes the race are more manic to the flag but its more than not it will be 1 of the top 4-5 riders that win.

Yamaha to reveal there new 2013 colours on the 22nd of march at the 3rd and final test at Jerez before the season starts on the 7th april.

Yamaha unveiled there 2013 team colours today, not that much different from last years, just wish they would run with the red n white .
