MotoGP 2013

love marquez more and more every race. was great seeing his and lorenzo's lean angles on screen when they where battling. he was 3-4 degrees up on every corner even wheel to wheel. throws that bike around like its half the size

wish Stoner was back. Casey and Marquez would have been an epic Honda Repsol fight.

don't get me wrong Pedrosa is very talented and no slouch, but I don't think he is as good as Stoner or Marquez - they are aliens and can do things on bikes that are not normal. I am in awe when I see them powersliding through turns

my 2 cents

It's funny reading these moaning interviews from Lorenzo / Pedrosa, there's a reason they don't have the following Rossi does and that is that they're boring characters.

http://www.crash.net/motogp/news/196973/1/lorenzo_maybe_contact_marquez_it_was_exciting.html

I find it hilarious that Lorenzo blatantly collided with Marquez and denies it, then when Marc shows him the edge of the track he says it was over the top. I really like Marc, despite his questionable mistakes (Phillip Island last year) he's exciting to watch and his attitude is so much better than that of the other two at the front. Don't get me wrong, Lorenzo and Pedrosa are fast they just come across butt hurt that someone better is whopping them!

even if talented, Pedrosa and Lorenzo are boring.

at least Lorenzo seems to have stopped those really lame after race celebration ceremonies he used to do. it was as lame as Vettel's finger and his helmets

Pedrosa = Boring
Lorenzo = Nearly as boring he would be more boring but provided nice racing with Marquez.

Never liked either of them and as someone mentioned before, there just Butt Hurt boring.

Shame i wont get to watch MOTO GP next year due the BT vision ********.

stoner getting inducted in to the motoGP legends this weekend.
yes he is a great rider but he isn't a legend, seems the word is easily used these days.

bet real legends like Hailwood are turning in there graves at how little you have to do these days to be call legend

This weekend seems to be plagued with tyre talk, the Moto2 race has been shortened from 25 laps to 13, the sprint races in British supersport are usually really good so I'm kinda looking forward to this!

"It has therefore been decided to make the following changes to the MotoGP™ class race in the interests of safety:

1. The race distance will be 26 laps (previously scheduled to be 27)

2. Every rider will be required to enter the pits and change to their second machine with fresh tyres at least once during the race.

3. No rider is permitted to make more than 14 laps on any one slick rear tyre. This means that a bike/tyre change before lap 12 would require a second bike/tyre change to finish the race

4. Riders using ‘Factory’ and ‘Satellite’ machines will be required to use the ‘hard’ option tyre (B51DR). Extra quantity will be allocated by Bridgestone

5. Riders using CRT machines will be required to use the CRT ‘hard’ option tyre (B50DR). Extra quantity will be allocated by Bridgestone

6. The pit lane speed limit zone will be extended both on entry and exit and the exit route to rejoin the track will be marked by a white line in the runoff area; crossing this line whilst rejoining the track from pit lane will result in a penalty"

That`ll make things entertaining! Bummer about Scott Redding tho. :(

not great but beats having a 14 lap race like moto 2.
Bridgestone messed up big time here not testing before to check the new tarmac.

going to make an interesting race for sure.
pity the moto 2 is cut short, but nothing could be done as they have a one bike per rider rule

It's over for redding now, never really liked him to be honest, just something about him makes me go mah

update on motogp race
its now been dropped to just 19 laps with a max 9 laps before they must change bikes
not great at all but at least we have a race still
