It should be possible to get a rough estimate. I count 6 frames to cover the distance from one segment of lane marker to the next, at 30fps. So 0.2s to go from one segment of lane marker to the next. How far are they apart on the autobahn and how long are they? My google-fu is weak and I can only find an answer for USA highway markings.
