Really enjoyed this video.


Some of the comments on the Evo comments section are very harsh, calling him hopeless and saying he should stick to writing etc.. But i think his presenting style is great.

Anybody else think he must be actually quite talented to provide a running commentary and rememeber all the corner names whilst driving his own brand new M3 ???

Crash with onboard camera.

Even though you know something is going to happen in this video, you barely see it coming and I don't think the driver could have done anything to avoid this. Bet that was a slow motion moment he will relive a few times though.

The car stood up to the crash very well; a surprisingly low level of damage given the speed of the collision.

 
@ 21 seconds the other car is nowhere in sight

@ 22 seconds the other car is a black blob in the distance.

@ 24 seconds the crash has already occured.

No chance whatsoever of avoidng that.

Some of the evo poster are properly strange, humourless beardies though. I doubt it bothers him that much, with the job and all. I enjoy reading his stuff and he's good on camera, unlike some of the cardboard cutouts evo and Autocar use.
 
agreed, I really like watching harris, he has a great way with words, and really can communicate what the cars are actually like to drive. Would love to see him have more video time, or even on tv. Some of the stuff they did for DR was fantastic.
 
Some Night/Low light testing with GoPro. Thought the ISO would make it grainy and completely unacceptable but it's actually alright.

Content is not much cop though :D
