Police asked for members of the public to help track down the alleged driver as he was under suspicion of violating traffic laws.

Authorities managed to track the man down but denied the charges while managing to escape a fine and potential one-year driving ban.
The suspect was represented by the Drivers' Protection Society, who pointed out the police failed to stop the vehicle and identify the driver.
As the driver was wearing a helmet while commanding the vehicle, police found it tricky to determine who was behind the wheel.
It's unknown if police are pursuing another investigation for the most recent incident

Thought this might interest people here...guy gets bored of unrealistic engine noise in driving games, so he makes a simulator which accurately replicates the physical attributes of different engine configurations to generate realistic sound based on different parameters (engine speed, load, piston configuration etc). Pretty impressive, would be great to incorporate it into a driving sim.

Edit: the description of the second video has links to the simulator itself and also a page where people have made their own.

The engineering gone into this, if I win lotto then Guntherworks gets some £££ for sure lol. The white DRL halos would have to be changed to dim amber though for that retro vibe and a pair of rear seats put back in and cushioned for comfort so they can actually be used like what Kaege Retro do with their re-imaginations of 911s.
