Guess which of those two scenarios I'd have been easier with.

But then, my views on this sport and Silverstone and many many other things seem to be diametrically opposed to those of virtually everyone else on this forum these days. Best to leave it there before I start a fight, eh? :)
 
Silverstone wasted far too much cash on the wing, it was supposed to be the start of business parks, hotels, selling of the land to rich Arabs, all went a bit wrong though.

I get the feeling the whole thing was a BRDC vanity project. If you go to Spa, they built much less ostentatiously,

Wouldn't surprise me if Silverstone went bust...despite thousands of fans willingness to pay a fortune.
 
As much as that's taking the Michael, I wouldn't put it past Bernie to think "ooh, split track, I like that! COMPULSORY!"

I actually quite like Button so don't take this as Button hate, just one of the worst adverts possible. Reading a thread on reddit about why Hamilton was happy to leave Mclaren and random links to terrible PR stuff Mclaren drivers end up doing.

That advert is pretty damn cringe worthy but also had me laughing and the gif to go with it had me in stitches. Watch the short video of the advert first.
