As in? You think Max will refuse and dare the FIA to ban him? You think Red Bull will pay it? You think he'll negotiate for better terms? What?

I think Max will pay it, but that his massoovive existing payout from RB already took it into account.
I'm sure he means that RB will foot the bill, not that anyone will refuse paying it.

Williams have extended Logan for 2024, thats the full F1 grid complete.

He just needs to sort himself out now and get closer to Alex, heck if he even beats Alex at the odd race next year then he could cement himself for another season.

Obviously trying to guarantee some crashes / excitement during the races in case Max dominates again. :D

Disappointing that Sargeant still has a drive, not good enough in my opinion, surely there was someone else out there worth a chance?

Also, 'the same 20 drivers who finished the 2023 season will be at the start of the 2024 one. It has never happened in F1 history.'

That's disappointing to have the same drivers next year. Sometimes I feel there should be an upper limit for age as well, get the Alonsos, Hulks, Hamiltons out to make room for younger drivers. Or make it 60/65 years combined age per team.

That was Singapore where they knew they would be rubbish though. They’re consistent to me, points to the suspension meaning they can run super low all the time. We saw in Austin how fast Merc were when they ran lower than allowed. Personally I wouldn’t be surprised if RB were exploiting some loophole to make the suspension amazing and it’ll come out in the wash eventually. But for now, I’d say it must be something to do with that combined with a clever floor.

Like you said, it’s not just the fact they are fast, but so consistently fast compared to other teams that simply aren't from one circuit to the next.
So they are the only ones currently using a pull rod front suspension and push rod rear suspension. Funnily enough the only other team using pull rod front is Mclaren i believe.. Apparently what this does is make the front end of the car anti dive and the rear of the car anti lift. Which sounds perfect for keeping the car balanced. The people who seem to know more than me about this stuff(anyone really.. :p ) also say that one of the main downsides is its harder to get warmth in the front tyres which may explain why Checo suffers but Max can keep on top of it/get the front end working quicker. They believe this is also why the RB doesn't necessarily qualify with the same kind of gap to the rest of the pack compared to its race pace to the rest of the pack. It was interesting stuff. Apparently Adrian Newey put most of his effort into the suspension design before the car aero.

Obviously its just Youtube vids and not from the horses mouth but maybe their suspension is the key? They also showed the changes they made to the suspension between 22 and 23 which seemingly made them even quicker/dominant!
