Doohan has been confirmed as replacing Ocon for the final race. Kind of an odd end for Alpine's most successful driver, but good for Doohan to get a run out with zero stakes. The official reason is to allow Ocon to start working with Haas from the Abu Dhabi post-season test onwards, but I'm sure other drivers have done that when changing teams and still taken part in the final race.

ESPN are claiming "sources" have told them Pérez is out at the end of the season.
I wonder who goes in the second seat if that’s the case? Lawson hasn’t really had the time to shine albeit other than crashing into Perez hasn’t done anything worthwhile of getting a place and tsunoda seems to only be there to make up the numbers and never gets spoken about?!

Or will they take a look at another Red Bull outsider?…

Let's be honest, it wouldn't be a shock. Apparently many of the staff at RB HQ in Milton Keynes are absolutely livid at him and want him gone as the majority of their bonus is based on being WCC champions (Circa £5k each I've heard) and thanks to Sergio's uselessness they're going to miss out for the first time in years.

They would be stupid to overlook Bottas if they genuinely ostracise Perez (which they should but the media around this is getting daft now). Bottas has proven he can play the no2 role in a top team, he's a safe pair of hands in all conditions and he's not a prima donna that will upset the status quo. He did suffer under the pressure of trying to beat Lewis but with a clear no2 contract that could be different. I think for a 1 or 2 year contract he makes the most sense and will likely retire not long after anyway. Otherwise they'll be in contract hell to try and extract Sainz forcing Williams to keep Colapinto, but Sainz will want to be fighting Max and I think it's clear they don't want that.

If they did take someone outside then Yuki is going to be spitting feathers. He won't want to be the no2 and I think that's the problem. If he was fast enough he and Max would clash. I'd say he's done what he can to prove himself this year above all the other main contenders but he's a bit too feisty.

The problem I think they recognise is if they keep hiring outside their driver academy (as they did for Perez) then they have to admit that their driver academy is both pointless and doesn't have the required talent in it. At which point the question is why have it at all? IMO they need to promote internally to keep the program relevant. Just promote Tsunoda and give someone else a chance at VCARB.

I'm pretty sure that Lawson will get the seat. I think he's totally unsuited for it, but there we go, that's the position RB are in now. It seems they wanted to get Colapinto for a while but soured on him when he had a series of crashes; they clearly don't want Yuki; giving it to DR would be bizarre at this point; so who else is there? Launching one a total rookie into that seat would be even worse, and they don't seem to want to hire from outside. I agree with @Dup that Bottas is the best option, and I assume he'd take it over sitting on the sidelines even if he doesn't relish going back to being a number 2 at a big corporate entity but I don't think RB want him.

That also leaves a ToroRosso seat free, which I'm guessing goes to Hadjar? Who seems even less suited to the Senior seat than Yuki.
