Motorway cops - cops out of order?

Email me for link, i aint posting here i said a few nasty words and not the kind of page you can just list around anyway.

Did you read the pH thread?

Here a bit from it

"when i was dragged out of the car obviously my ignition was still running so i thought the kets would still be in there, but when they eventually let me go, they drove off with my keys and i had to ring west mercia, and they took half hour to bring them back, and they didnt even hand them to me just chucked them in the hard shoulder and drove off"

And the whole post

first of all thankyou to everyone who understands my point of view. i am the boy that got pulled over. and yes the footage was edited so much its unbelievable. id also like to say that i dont come from a wealthy family just a standard middle class family and my dad is not loaded lol although as many people would think it would be great if your parents were loaded. so i have to work for my money just like the majority of other people do, so its not very nice when you save money up to buy something nice and then some1 runs over, draggs you out and accuses you of steeling it! lets start with the petrol issue, their card machine was not in use and i only had my credit card with me and we all know how much it costs to draw out on a credit card so i wasnt going to do that, so i filled out a form which included name, adress, contact number, and i also left my credit card. we came to an agreement that i would come back another time to pay as i travel up and down the m5 every day for work. but the mans english wasnt the best so i dont think he really understood what was going on. he kept asking me to leave my mobile phone aswell which i was never going to do. he then asked me for my registration number so i went outside came back in and gave it him, so a "bilking" as they call it was out of the question. thats how the police new where i was going because the man gave them the adress i gave them, i feel they should have put 2 and 2 together, as if i were to steel a car i wouldnt be stupid enough to say where i was going. so anyway i drive under the bridge on the m5 and my mate saw them point at my car and pull on to the motorway, they then immediatley stayed behind my car so i knew straight away that i was being followed. i pulled over as instructed. but then the shock of a camera man and a copper running over to me you must understand was a bit confusing and then to accuse me of steeling something that i 100% know is mine is ridiculous, if he would have asked me for the slip to show i was the registered keeper it could have been avoided as i had it next to me, but instead i get manhandled like a doll, what also makes me laugh is how much protection he police force get, the bits they cut out are when the copper is trying to drag me out of the car and he says " if you want a fight well go over here" not what you would expect from someone working for the law. also in the car if you think my language was bad which it was i agree, off camera there language was disgusting. they also kept making comments about my dad buying me my car, but when i told them what my job was they were stuck for words!
but then the whole number plate thing was a complete disgrace, how can a different set of officers give me 14 days to get my number plate changed and say i can still drive the car, and then 2 different ones issue me a fine, which i would like to point out i did not pay, THE CAR COMPANY SANDERSON MOTORHOUSE DID, and i have the receipt, so i have proof that i have not commited any crime whatsoever. also when i was dragged out of the car obviously my ignition was still running so i thought the kets would still be in there, but when they eventually let me go, they drove off with my keys and i had to ring west mercia, and they took half hour to bring them back, and they didnt even hand them to me just chucked them in the hard shoulder and drove off, not much of an apologie in my eyes for wasting an hour and a half of an innocent persons time. those coppers both knew they were in the wrong the way they reacted as the attitude of the one that dragged me out of the car changed towards the end, as he realised what a bad bad error they made, i just hope for their sake that theve learnt something from this, and realise that they have no right to question an innocent persons attitude when they're in the wrong! And as the law says, innocent untill proven guilty!

Looks pretty shameful that does...

He annoyed me and my mum last night.

May take it off..

Please edit your post :)

To be honest, i think your being a child for posting that.

Did you read his post on PH, if that's what happened then the cops are as much to blame.

The cops are not to blame though, thats the problem, they havnt done anything.

They had information to suspect, so they acted. And i posted that (much childish i admit 'acted before he thought') post, he was being a complete *** to the police who were only doing their jobs, why couldnt be just be respectful of that and them for being humans, he was just been an idiot and extremely rude and the way he acted towards the end was just a complete joke. He also nearly pushed the cop into the road!

Did you read what he said?

The cop was dragging him out of the car well before you where showed it on camera. Also what about the caps comment to him "if you want a fight, lets go over there".

Well, it showed you pulling him over, getting out of the car, and then going to the other drivers car, so i dont see how they have edited the police officer dragging him out when ive seen it..

As for the fight comment, unprofessional.

Going off what he said, why didnt he just pay for his fuel on his credit card?

He sounds like a tool, terrible grammar and spelling, mine isnt the best but his is awful.

apparently he filled up with the intention of paying on his card. Got into the station, and he promptly told him cash only

apparently at this point, the bloke serving only had basic english and didnt quite grasp the fact he left his details and agreed to return to pay for the fuel at a later date

but the bloke serving was asking him to leave his phone, at which he declined and left. It was at that point the bloke serving thought theres no way hes comming back and called the police on him.

In that case, what a useless petrol station, if i had pulled up, brimmed my van, gone to use my fuel card and couldnt then i wouldnt have £50 cash with me to pay for it, id have been in a similar situation!

So the cash machine wasn't working, so even though he had a credit card to pay for the petrol he left his name and address instead and refused to leave his mobile phone as a deposit? What the hell? So if a cash machine at a petrol station doesn't work, I can expect them to let me pay later because I tell them I drive past fairly often?

He tried to, keep up! Pin number was rejected or something so left his details etc

He had a credit card but he didn't want to use it.

" lets start with the petrol issue, their card machine was not in use and i only had my credit card with me and we all know how much it costs to draw out on a credit card so i wasnt going to do that"

no

the chip and pin machine wasnt working. They had a cash machine, but he refused to withdraw cash out of it because of the interest they charge you cash transactions

granted it is like 1 % per day or something silly.

edit see above quote from him on PH

Sorry I read my post and was in the middle of editing it to this, I should have read my post through before posting it ;) :

Card machine at the counter was broken and he wouldnt withdraw cash fromt he machine outside as they would charge him for that (as if he couldnt afford it!) but I agree, he filled in the form and left all the details and card for the petrol station. I would have never left my phone there.
