Today is moving day. I'll add some more info once we have arrived at base camp. The buzz here is unreal. I am shocked at how many shaved legs I am seeing but I will be scaring those half men off with my uber hair back if they cause me any problems.

Is that the box-section look aluminium one? What colour?

Me and my mate used to have one, his was the Elite if I remember correctly.

Fond memories! Was an epic bike in the day. :)
 
Well after a couple years of browsing the forums I've only just come across this thread!

I'm looking to get back in to mtb and dirt jumping can anyone recommend some good places to jump in the south - I've only got single speed Specialized P1 so can't really do uphill trails :(
 
South being where?

Dirt park in Cornwall (Portreath) if you're that south. I worked like 2 minutes away, but yet never went. Looks awesome fun though.

Just noticed the race is on early Saturday, instead of Sunday :(

Hits you right in the feels doesn't it. I'm over the moon for him, he always said he would get back on a bike one day..
 
Also if you haven't already watch the two additional vids, one on the bike setup and an interview. If I had half the determination he has..

Yup, that's the one. Mine is green :)

Just ordered up a wheel-set today from a local bike shop.

Need the hollowtech bottom bracket tools to get that fitted. Also need some qr skewers sorted. Are they all the same size?
