It's pretty clear given the words spoken by this guy in his court appearance today that the murder he committed was politically motivated. To what extent that is compounded by mental illness remains to be seen.
Or perhaps we're trying to establish what, why and how the guy came to do what he has done, just because he has mental health issues and the general consensus is he's been let down by the state in that regard, doesn't mean we are babying him in cotton wool.

A large part of that is also going to be confused by your hse of a legal term

It was "Possible shooting and stabbings in West Yorkshire" so as more information became available it was reasonable to amend. It notes that the title was edited in case earlier comments related to that title.
Poor chap was really struggling but impressive to express himself as well as he did.

I'm surprised people are so keen to argue over the motivations of this man, and who is to blame.
Mental health issues have most likely played a strong part in this, and this would be directly linked to him believing and ultimately acting on rhetoric being spouted by the likes of Britain First, the BNP, or even UKIP. If this is indeed what has happened.
I do understand the frustrations of people with regards to the media labelling him a terrorist or not, they tend to steer clear of that if the person in question is white (and not a Muslim).
