They have a financial incentive to lie. As it drives clicks and sells newspaper, unless it comes direct from the people investigating her murder (West Yorkshire police) then you're discussing things something which probably did not happen.

The Police have a lot of reasons to lie, just because someone has a motive to lie doesn't mean we should believe nothing what so ever, ever? What an odd way to live.
