If you get a turbo, just make sure your first mod is a decat, was the best thing I did to mine, make the car feel so much more responsive, it could really breathe.

IMO that is overpriced for a rev1 / 2 - from the pictures, it appears that the alloys need respraying and there are no pictures of the interior.

im not gunna rush into buying one, going to wait for the perfect one!! dont want a turbo blowing up just after iget it!

£2650 isn't a bad price if it's in good condition. There are plenty around for less than that, but 99% of them will be dogs.

Very sensible

Do lots of research to make sure that you are familiar with all of the pitfalls when buying an aged turbo car

how many miles do you lot get from your turbo? general town driving. how much of the tank? guessing £60 tank

My old one lives down that way now (although I don't think he'll sell it for £3k....)

My last tank saw 250 miles to ~ 40l fill up

I don't know the cost in ££ since I don't look at that figure

I might just cry if I did!

[Edit] That was with some motorway driving and a 50mph commute to work

well considering my golf current burns 300 mile for 55l shouldnt be much different, but then i do love the road to and from work haha
