As in, I can't change the clocks over 900/1300..
I'm using the Sapphire 5870..
When I put it over 900/1300, it resets back to the last setting that was under 900/1300, although the voltage change stays..

So is it impossible to alter the voltage with the 4870?
if you have a reference version you can, if it's not reference then most likely not.
Yeah I've been using that as well, not much good for daily use though. Not unless you like 1000MHz idle.
I disagree..
While this MSI tool can't clock higher than 900/1300.. The voltage and fan control is still good. Use a different program to clock higher, use the MSI too control fans and voltage..
I was at 1050MHZ on the GPU, I used GPU Clock Tool. GPUZ confirmed the overclocks.
