MSI P67A GD65

Hi, can anyone please tell me if you can put the RAM in Dimm slots 2 and 4 ?
The reason i ask is because i have this board and i'm worried that my CPU cooler will not clear the RAM.
Here is what i have

Intel Core i5-2500K 3.30GHz (Sandybridge)
MSI P67A-GD65 Intel P67 (Socket 1155)
G.Skill RipJawX 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C7 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit
Cooler Master V6GT CPU Cooler

Can any one advise ? as i might have to get a different CPU cooler

What coolers did you guys go with on this board ?

I have my ram in slots 2 and 4 because i couldn't get it in slot 1 without having to take the cooler back off and i couldn't be bothered works fine for me.

You can fix the idling bsod by increasing the vcore slightly - Mine's set at 1.32 in bios, idles at 1600mhz at 1.29v and under load is 1.34. Not had a freeze or lock up since doing this, but at 1.30vcore in bios had bsods and lock ups.

Thats strange how yours only goes up so little while @ load...

If i set my vcore to 1.330 in bios on prime or anyother stability test my load can go up to 1.35 / 1.36vcore. Odd how yours goes up so little

Is there are way to lower your vcore in the bios when idling at 1600mhz? I set it at 1.32 in the bios for my 4600mhz overclock but when speedtep enables, the vcore still stays the same.

After i cancelled my order a few weeks ago. I did a bit more research and got this with an i5k.

Put it all togther this morning and boots up right away.

Take some pictures when i get back and once the case is tidy lol.

Just a quick question guys, i have this Motherboard and should i update my BIOS ?

When i finish my build i was just going to use the version that came on the disk
I did read some where that with BIOS if it's not broke don't fix it.
Is that true ?
