I can row for 30min if i keep a steady pace. But when i have been rowing i havnt been keeping a steady pace, after reading online it seems that its best to do bursts of full speed, with an overall shorter rowing time, which is what i have been doing.
And when i say full speed, i realy mean going as fast as i possibly can. That takes a lot out of me, there is no way i could possibly do 30 mins like that.
no one expects you to do 30mins flat out. What i mean is try and adapt your HIIT rhythym to allow 30 mins of exercise. Start off with 4:30 steady and 0:30 flat out. Then try to increase the flat out sections to 1:00 then 1:30 and lower the rest periods accordingly. An ideal ultimate goal would be 0:30-0:30 although id prefer 1:1.
