Just tell them it's a quadcopter and not a drone/model aircraft! lol
Pretty sure it would come under model aircraft. If they had just put drone then you may have a loophole lol
The risk is too high around London though, if it falls out the sky it likely to hit someone and cause damage
Plus, imagine the population of London, and then those who already own one, the more people that see people flying them in the few parks they have, the more people will think "hmmm, I like that, I will buy one" queue London parks being full of model aircraft/drone flyers
