It's a shame this has happened, the postman leaving packages in the bin is very convenient for me, I don't want them to stop doing this because one person ordered something and then went away when it was supposed to be delivered.

that place i went to when it was being delivered is called work...
millions of people do it every day and there mail doesnt get binned because of it and the arrangement you have between you and your postman is up to you but i requested signed for delivery and the last time i checked my bin didnt have a pen.

Most people work 9-5. It's unusual to be in a situation where; someone would arrange for something to be delivered when they are out, for a postman to leave a note at 12pm and the recipient not be able to collect until the the next day and the bins be emptied on that day, probably happens as often as the planets aligning so I can see why he did it.

maybe one day if it happens to you you will see it differently?
we all think that will never happen to me but this time in my case...it did...
anyway it worked out in the end, somehow it made its way to me from were ever the blue bins go
