Nice work getting that engine sorted.. I'll be amazed when/if you get it MOT'd tomorrow and on the road - excellent stuff!

He could update the thread each time he cleans the car? Or we could send round someone to mess the engine up for another speedy repair. I don't want to leave the comfort of my chair, never!

I 'might' start one for mine again...but then again I might not, progress wont be anywhere near as quick as this though!!!
(but then going by previous projects it will never get finished, a bit like a certain 205!!)

Right she failed

Few little things:

Handbrake needs adjusting
One brake union seeping
Exhuast clamp loose :rolleyes:

Going to grab a little kip, then take it back for a retest and emissions check :eek:

this afternoon.

On the road she was misfiring a little I think one of the coil packs needs replacing, I have plenty of spares here.

Could have been a lot worse
