My hair transplant journey

It’s been 8 months since mine and I’ve noticed I’m getting a lot of dandruff.

What shampoo and conditioner do you people recommend?

Depends on why you're getting it. How often do you wash your hair, any dry scalp issues?

Regardless, I'd recommend changing shampoo every other month rather than religiously sticking with one, your needs alter over time and depending on various factors. If you have a local Savers you can get some good deals, I usually buy some variant of Tresemme.

I don't have a specific recommendation, but if you have scalp issues, I'd maybe try avoiding shampoos with sulfates in as this can cause dry scalp and irritation. It's used in a lot of shampoo, but they may be too good at cleaning and strip too much natural oils and moisture from hair and skin.

I've been using OGX stuff for a while.

Hi guys. Hope everyone is doing well.

I was going through the conversation and noticed that some of you were really happy with your hair transplant results. Would you mind sharing the clinic you went for the procedure?

I have already had one procedure done in 2019, and although it improved the situation, I'm not entirely happy and it only addressed the front part of my head. 50% of my unhappiness is also because of the attitude of the doctor, as initially led me to think he would address my entire head and he wasn't very respectful when discussing with him. I would like to go for a second try, but I have been postponing it, because I don't know of a trustworthy place to go to avoid a similar disappointment.
