If I was spending £5k on a gaming PC, I'd want:
-A screen bigger than 24"
-SSD drives
-More than one graphics card
In fact I could probably come up with a £2500 spec that I'd rather have than that (admittedly it'd be aircooled).

Well thats why i gave no real advice to him but for those wondering about spacers they generally come with whatever case you buy so just keep an eye out for them when you open your case they are in the screw pack. Time to close this so we can get back to people who actually need the help and are genuine rather then silly little time wasters.

If you really are 24, I wouldn't have admitted to that because you really do look 15 now (and a really immature 15 year old at that - I'm aware that many 15 year olds act infinitely more mature).
