And the S1 models are renowned for twitchy handling that may deposit you into a hedge at any time......

i didn't know there'd been a revised version.

Parkers has the model history - they get slightly softer as the years go on.

You still need to be paying attention though even in an 06.

Stunning car, that engine sounds like a real corker :)

Have a look at these vids:

The yellow S2000 with the racing exhaust sounds

Neil.

just noticed the stanley pod sticker on your window! i go to stanley, im friends with ED (red mini with two white stripes)

AWESOME car btw

lol at carbon cap.

The stickers were from the old owner, I have now removed them for a cleaner look. Next on the list is an exhaust so thanks for the vids, Decats do make a improvement lower down and especially help 1st and 2nd gear. It has a pretty well flowing cat as standard though.

As for insurance, remember it is a convertible too.

Very very sweet Si, and in the fastest colour too ;)

I wrote my S2k off last Spring, aquaplaned badly into a central reservation on the A50 in Uttoxeter - Walked away though without a scratch so was gutted but happy if you get me :D

Soooooo the point is PAY ATTENTION ESP IN THE WET :p ;)

What model was your S2k and what tyres was it on? What happened to cause you lose control? Hopefully I can learn from it

Cheers
