My new water cooled build log :)

Cheers guys. A quick question, I checked all over the radiator and there was no in or out markings and the cpu runs cool but is there a right and wrong way?

Inlet to inlet on the block from the res/pump. I wondered if swapping over those 2 pipes on the res/pump would solve it. I am having a bad day with thinking :(

looool. I wasn't happy like that and got the Mrs to help me while I swapped over the order at the res. All sorted now and temps are better :) Cheers for spotting my mistake WhyScotty :)

Cheers guys.

As an update, I turned the 3 top fans to pull and it raised temps 1 degree from 49C to 50C but when I turn them up from slow speed (no idea what speed as my display on the lamptron fc5 v2 controller does not work) to full, they keep the CPU cooler than push at the same speed by around 3C. I will keep them in pull though, as when I go onto 5GHZ, I would prefer the CPU cooler :)

Gregster do you have a full list of the parts used.

Im looking at watercooler setups but it is not always clear what size fittings parts use, which CPU block was used or if certain metal parts can be used with certain pumps.

Cheers

No probs and it is all what I linked here (except the toolkit and LTG)

OcUK didn't have the Lamptron so I ordered one from the forest people, only to be disappointed that the display does not work :(

I have since bought a Scythe Kaze fan controller: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=BB-009-SY

I think that is it :)
